… Days!

Yup, the summer holidays are officially starting for me tomorrow, which means I will have loads of time to work on Hum of Death.

On another note, I have rewritten the script for episode one of Phoenix Flame, it’s a lot better now and makes room for more character development than in the previous one. I will do the same thing with episode two.

And: I now realize that I probably shouldn’t have started recruiting for voice actors in October last year, considering that I haven’t even begun producing episode one yet. Big woopsie. But I’m fairly new at this, and these things happen, I guess.

I just hope I can still keep in touch with the voice actors!

Yes, that pun was intended!

Hum of Death has been delayed once again, because exams are taking up all of my time, it’s starting to annoy me, since production of Hum of Death began in the start of 2008, and considering the machinima is about 3 minutes, I haven’t completed it yet! Oh well, I’ll hopefully get a lot done during the summer, including more work on Phoenix Flame.

Activity has been low for a couple of weeks, and to be honest, I hit a low in my productivity. I had a small problem in After Effects which made me grow tired of the project for a while - for a while. But all is good now! I’m back in the process of producing “Hum of Death”. I don’t have any screenshots for you today, but I’ve got something even better!

I’ve been thinking about how I’ll go about producing Phoenix Flame and future machinima. And here’s a short overview on how I’ll handle it.

First off, I’ll write the script for four episodes. These four episodes will conclude the storyline that was set in motion, and the story will develop from that point. Call it season one if you’d like. Production of episode one will then commence, with a trailer to boot as well. I will then continue to write future episode while I produce each episode.

That was all! Bye!

Just posting to tell that things are still developing!

Hum of Death is about 30% complete. I don’t have an ETA but I’ll post here if there’s more news.

Hey, it’s been a while!

I’m currently in the process of producing Hum of Death for the Bitfilm Festival and progress is going well! I might run into some problems later on but I hope I can make it till the deadline.

I will put up some screenshots in the next couple of day, prepare for eyecandy!

Bitfilm Festival is having a machinima contest and I’m planning on entering it with Hum of Death. The deadline is 1st of March, so I have some time to work in. And so far, I’ve been working on the intro and it’s all progressing quite well.

Also, I made a poster for Hum of Death, just to give you an idea of how it looks like.
